Once a friend admitted to me that he once had sex with his gf and only pretended to put on the condom but he really went in bb!! Since they were in a 'committed' relationship I didn't think it was that bad, but it was really underhanded and deceitful. Now, I have to admit that I've done something somewhat similar. I have on occasion, 'forgot' to use a condom when I was with past gf's...often while drunk and ___. I know why I did it, but I always played it off as if I 'forgot' or something.

What do you all think? Are we both just douchbags?

Yes. If it really was ok, she would have been on board and you would not have had to hide or fake it. It's a big step and trust is involved. What if either one is not as "comitted" as the other?

So far unanimous. And I'm not going to stop that trend.

Not only because of health concerns...but what about possible pregnancy? You can screw up a lot of people's lives for a long time with stupid stunts like that.

and because they are douchbags they'd probably deny the kid was there's and leave the woman high and dry (even after the blood test confirmed the kid WAS his....)

To put it another way: how would the OP feel if the chick he was dating poked a pin hole in all your condoms because she wanted to get pregnant? Would that be cool with you?

Not nice to sneak it in unwrapped. Bad Rover! Naughty dog.

When the birth control pill hit Canada in the 1960's it was a revolution in that women could take a pill and prevent pregnancy and yet still have sex. This is why perhaps a defining image of the 1970's was little condom use in the civilian sphere. By the mid 1980's everyone was scared about AIDS and condom use went way up, as pregnancy wasn't the primary fear anymore - a slow horrible death was. Society is not so AIDS obsessed now as it was in the 1980's. Still concerned, just not as much.

If there was a committed relationship that included sex, why wasn't she on the pill? BB feels much better than using a condom. However, if the girl only wants to have sex if one is wearing a rubber, it is disrespectful to pretend one is wearing one when one is not. It would, as someone else said, be like the girl saying to you "I'm on the pill" when she wasn't because she doesn't like the pill's side effects. So you have sex thinking no pregnancy risk when who knows.

It seems like you have no problems taking advantage of others for your own personal gain. You are selfish and deceitful.

Well, it will continue to be negative for you. Douchbags? More like date rapists. Did you and your buddy ever think of that one?

You both probably would have denied a child if that had happened. I see an episode of Maury Povich or Jerry Springer.

You're actually quite stupid for even posting this because I'm sure the ladies will not want to visit with you.
