Problems Posting Pictures?

Hello:

I've been trying to contribute some pics to some recent threads, but have been encountering some problems. When I use the "insert image" button, it shows the picture when I preview, but when I go to see the actual post, it's gone? Any ideas? I'll insert an example, and include the link as well. Thanks

I was having that problem last night in my breast thread, but I could also see it in the actual post, but no one else could....don't know:confused:

Hmm:

Maybe it's got something to do with the website I'm linking to? I just tried to use the link at it says forbidden now???

The pic on your link is unavailable... Perhaps the pic is located on a restricted site... That might be part of the problem...

Also if the pic is too big it will get filtered out automatically by the settings on Terb... I find anything under a resolution width of about 900 pixels is OK.

Another thing, make sure you are just adding the link of the photo itself.... e.g. Consider this pic of a shaved pussy... in order to get "JUST" the link for the pic, right click on the pic and choose "View Image"... the url in the address bar ends with ".jpg". copy THAT url address into the text box that appears when you click the insert image button and if the image is not TOO BIG or on a restricted site, your image should show up like this:

I never did know how to add pictures. Where does one find the instructions for inserting a photo?

Here's a quickie lesson for you...

1. The pic you wanna post must be available already on the web. e.g some image hosting site or right from the source. Open a new Tab in your browser and navigate to your pic... Once you have found the pic, right click on the pic and choose "View Image"

2. Copy the url address from the pic and go back to the tab with TERB loaded.

3. In the thread you want to post in, click on "Post Reply".

Then do this:

It looks like you are probably right about the restricted site thing. Now that I'm replying to this thread , I can see the picture you posted, but not the same one I did? Also, when I was just reading the thread, your picture was not available? , but is visible when replying? Weird, I guess I'll just keep trying other sites. Thanks

Or, re-save the pic to a picture hosting site... I use http://www.e-imagesite.com/ but there are others... just make sure whom ever you pic will allow for "explicate subject" images... (e.g. photobucket doesn't...)

Now I just have to figure out how to use e-image!!!
