You may want to specify what style of cheesecake you're looking for, as not every bakery will necessarily be expert in all.

For example, a "plain" cheesecake might be wonderful, but may be a bit dry as the base for a strawberry or cherry cheesecake. And a chocolate amaretto (or other specialty) cheesecake might be best at yet another bakery.
