Percentage of Income - Hobby Too Expensive for Me

I just did an analysis and realize this hobby is too expensive for me and I don't have a house or mortgage yet either.

Average Weekly Take-Home Pay - $900
Bills/Personal - $320
Vacation - $50
Savings - $450


Leaves me $80/week. Now if i go every 2 weeks, it's $160 for a 40 min session with an MPA. If I go every 4 weeks, that's $320 for a high-end SP.

So every 2 weeks, I get a 40 min section or a 1 hour section every 4 weeks. Sounds so little Might as well not do it, i need more money

That's $3600.00 a month clear, not bad money for a single guy. You can afford at least $600.00 of that to hobby I would think.

Live a little, enjoy yourself before the ball and chain comes into the picture. Unless of course she makes another $3600.00 a month, then you will have $1200.00 a month for hobbying.

haha, no one ever said this was a cheap hobby. However, it's good that you're saving a large percentage of your earnings. Most people aren't as financially responsible.

$50 [vacation] + $450 [savings] + $80 [extra savings] = $580 per of discretionary income PER WEEK. And you think you can't afford to see an SP or MPA once every two weeks? You are better off than a lot of guys here, so stop complaining.

Well, I leave 150 of that 320 for my personal life, so 150 + 80 = 230 which is 25% of my income

the thing here is that 80/week adds up to 4k a year...all that for 13 times of in and out of a place within an hour....sounds crappy, if I want to double that, it be 26 times in a year and I'm short 8 k

*sigh, if I only had more money or won the lottery then it'll be much easier to just blow 50k a year on escorts and still have money for other stuff

and yes, i'm a loser...i absolutely have no game with ladies so that's y i have to see hookers/MPAs to get some and risk getting STDs while others get it for free

They I am refering to are financial advisors and all those debt tv shows out there. they could be wrong since my life budget is also a work budget.

Like when I get my hair done its mostly to look sexy for clients. if I was single and had a square job I would probably cut off all my hair again into a pixie cut or become a dread lock.

Spa treatments, lingerie, sex toys, condoms, I am sure if I was an average girl I would probably have one vibrator tuck away in my panty draw.

so maybe if hobbying is really a passionate hobby then you might need to set aside a seperate savings account for it.

I can afford it but once every 2 weeks for a 40 min section seems unsatisfyingr. Sure, I don't have a lot of 'bullets' in me so 2 weeks is optimal but i always wish the session was longer.

If I won the lottery then I could casually just order a 3-4 hours session or even overnight for an outcall hotel. Blow 1-4k every 2 weeks

More money be nice haha

I have a similiar budget and I limit myself to once a month...that way I put more work into finding the right one (thank you, terb!). $250-$300 for a hour of no-hassle fun with someone who's good at it is totally worth it to me.

i wouldn't speculate the personal lifes of rich and wealthy public figures but I wouldn't surprise if it's true they get it for free sometimes.

A latin lap dancer told a tabloid how she was one of 5-6 girls that Michael Phelps called up whenever he wanted for sex and for free.

She maybe doing her best to emptying the pockets of her regular clients but I guess to her, it may had been an 'honour' to be bagged by Phelps.

I am more interested in the $2MM question and I just found out the answer myself with the help of Excel. $2MM at $250 per hour equals 8,000 hours, or about 22 hours per day each day of the year. The answer is "impossible", now, the Eliot Spitzer situation charges $2,500 per hour, but I wonder WHAT is the difference between $250 per hour and $2,500 per hour, how much bigger can the boobs be??

i remember after a long time, i saw an escort for $240, after a bit of break, went to an SC, spend $85 on no mileage then $140 as a consolation so that was like $465 in a day man.....and i was craving for more.......

so i had much more money, the only thing holding me back would be how many 'bullets' i have and how 'exhausted' i am

I won't spend more than $250/month, including tips/gifts for the hobby, no matter how attractive the SP/MPA is. The amonut budgeted for the hobby is achievable as long as you pack your lunch to work and bring your own coffee instead of Timmy's/Starbucks, even McDonalds daily.

BTW, I only spend the money for fun after paying my bills, maxing out my retirement funds contribution and setting aside money for emergency.

ya, after all work-related costs (hair, outfits, split pay with agencies, make-up), you only get a fraction of that $250 or so...in an hour

Dude, you are putting yourself in a very dangerous situation

Given your "addiction"/"rush" to fix the cravings and the "withdrawal symptoms" you experience after that, you are going to ruin and drive yourself into bankrupcy. It doesn't matter how much you earn for a living, be $45K or $150K annually before tax.

I am not saying you should stop hobbying but moderation is preferable. Try to spend your time at gym doing work out to have stress relief instead of dwelling on banging all the "hotties" money can buy.
