This is what I am serving if you are a foodie who is interested.
For starters I found a great terrine ( confit de canard with currents and pistachios) in the market I went to today. I also am serving that with pickled purple carrots and candy cane beets from the same market.
My main is fresh lamb shanks braised with black figs, currents and port. This is served with lentils with sage butter and fresh lima beans.
Desert is melon citrus sorbet in cinnamon sugar bowl.
