I saw her a couple of months ago. Pictures are fairly accurate. Her looks are pretty good however she does have many tattoos. She was thinner in person. She told me was recently had pneumonia and lost 20lbs. Price was accurate at $120 up to an hour. Spent the first 20 minutes talking on her coach while she smoked. The place really smelled of smoke. It would look better on you to have made a short statement rather than bashing the client. He clearly seems knew to this, and was probably nervous and scared to say something while there. You will notice that the more experienced hobbyists will be more forthcoming, and may perhaps enjoy conversation more than new-comers.
Something like this, for instance: "I am a smoker. If the client had an issue with it, he did not inform me at the time. For future reference, any person who comes to visit me should be aware that I do smoke inside the location."
I know its hard to hear bad reviews... But it does say a lot to possible future clients to just keep your cool about it all. When I was working last summer I had some "drama" with an ex-driver of mine on Terb. He was banned, and I was able to maintain my cool by calmly explaining the situation and "saving face" so to speak.
Just remember... your actions/response towards a bad/inaccurate review can be worse than the review itself.

I don't think that I have ever heard someone sum up the "responding to a bad review" situation. It seems to me that just about half of the terb population here loves to stir up crap. The way you responded gives them ALLOT of ammunition. Please take this very inteligent ladys advice and keep your cool. You really do gain nothing by losing your head. You sounded like a sweet girl when I talked to you on the phone. I have not had a chance to hook up with you yet but it is in my plans. Guys like me, and there are quite a few of us, really don't want anything to do with this much drama. His review was not all bad. He actually seemed to be quite happy with you overall. He just had an issue with a few things. If the drama doesen't escalate and things calm down I would love to meet up with you. This is great advice. Totally Bang on. Combating poor review by bashing the client and calling him names etc invariably shows the SP/Agency in poor light. Remember, not all reviews will be positive because not all clients are alike. Anyone can deal with a positive review, it's how you react to and manage a negative one, sets you apart from the rest.ArissaGirl said:

Kylee is more like a friend. Just a very wonderful person and I am sure that if you did not like her smoking during the session (most members do not like that), then you could have politely mentioned it, and I am sure that she would comply with your request. In retrospect, for good customer service a SP should always remember that although it is your property your client is now renting it for the specified time and his wishes should also be respected.

Kylee,I didn't do it to stir up anything. I was being totally honest. I am not a basher. You are a very personable girl and would be great to hang out with. I was only commenting on the smoking because I am a non-smoker. You didn't ask if you could smoke you just lit up. As Arissa Girl mentioned I am new to this and felt uncomfortable making that request. You are right it is your place and you have the right to smoke if you want. I was obviously gearing the comment to other non-smokers who might not like it. My clothes did smell of smoke when I left. You had more than one cigarette on the couch and several butts were in the ashtray. Again,please don't get offended. As for the condom thing: When we spoke on the phone you sounded like the girl for me. I had not been with a woman for a very long time.Your personality,services offered and great price cinched it for me. On the phone I requested two sog's and you said no problem. When we got to the bedroom you said usually for that price you would only do one plus you only had the one condom and needed to run to the store after I left.
