Wow Hilary Clinton flew over Russia on her way to India and managed to spray Sergei Skripal's daughter's suitcase with the toxic chemical. Clinton must be so smart to do it when the suitcase was briefly opened when it was being packed for that trip to the UK. So the daughter then opened the present where the toxic chemical managed to find it's way into and that is why the Father and Daughter were poisoned. I guess that is why Clinton is blamed for the poisoning by the alt right wingers. By the way, I did not bother to open that link that was posted by Sleazy.
