Miranda:

The Wing Machine has been around for many years. It is currently owned by Panzerotto and Pizza. But a much better place with the best wings in the city is duff's just south of Eglinton on Bayview. They use the larger roaster wings which are nice and meaty rather than the smaller Fryer wings which although you may get a few more on a plate there is less meat.

Wing Machine was better when they were independent. When Panzo & Pizza took them over it just wasn't the same. But, for a place that delivers it's pretty good. Their blue cheese dip is inconsistent though - sometimes it's great other times it's not so great.

Miranda - I plan on visiting the city next month and would like to invite you to go "Wing-Crawling" with me. Let me know if you are interested in exchanging wing recipes, I have a good one.

Personally i dont like the big wings. They freak me out because they remind me that they are actually chciken's wings. :)

I also want to endorse Bert & Ernie's wings. Very tasty and not freakishly huge. Get a single or a double and it comes with fries. Also, on Mondays or Tuesdays you can double your order for one cent.

too bad the B&E location in Bloor West Village is gone. Now it's the Swan and Firkin.

as torex said, it's on Dundas, right at East Mall in Etobicoke. I think the exact address is 5555 Dundas St.W., on the south side. Right beside Food Basics and Honeydale Mall. Pretty much across the street from Cloverdale Mall. Plenty of free parking.
