Once in a while I hear this statement. Over the weekend this foreign co-op student was told this when approaching woman at the club and he asked me what does it mean?

" it means you aren't getting a date"
or if you are past that
" there is no way you are getting sugar [six]"

Does anyone actually have the feeling or know what it means?
This is in a regular situation and not with an escort.
After while I think this is their way of rejecting the guy. Has anyone gotten passed this shield.?

I think if you get the 'you're cute' comment it either means that your pickup technique is hopeless transparent and/or pathetic or.... she thinks you're cute.

As with everything else a woman says, it can mean many things.

If she's into cute guys? He's getting laid....
If she's into assholes? He's hit the wall.....

I've heard this from gf's over time when I do something silly. For eg: I was snuggled up with one and her head was on my shoulder and I didn't have access to my right hand.

So my lips were dry and I reached for the chapstick lip balm with my left. She said "do you want me to move so you can get the cap off"?? I said "nope, that's ok, and I proceeded to pull the cap off, turn the knob and apply it to my lips all with my left hand" While it was a bit of a struggle she looked up at me and said those words "you've SO cute" and proceeded to ravage me......
