Miss you a lot... :)

P.S.

For Apple Fevers:

Body piercing, while cool and unique to many an individual often doesn’t serve any utility. Unless of course you’re looking to swing through the air by giant :hooks attached to a crane – yeah, people do that.

However, in the case of Dave Hurban, body piercing isn’t just for show boating or flying high. He surgically implanted (yes, he did it himself) four magnets into his wrist that serve as a mount for the latest generation iPod Nano. It’s most certainly a unique approach to using this player as a watch, though this one will probably won’t show up as a Kickstarter project anytime soon, at least we don’t hope so. Nevertheless, we applaud Hurban for his unique sense of style and sense of risk, since this will probably cause quite the turmoil with TSA employees, if not land him on a no fly list. Watch youtube

For Movie lovers:
Cineplex reports net Q1 earnings of $15.1M
Cineplex Inc. says its net earnings in the first quarter totalled
$15.1 million – a sharp improvement over the $800,000 the
company lost in the same period last year.

Total revenue for the quarter was $248.2 million – up 12.1%
over last year. The Toronto-based company says attendance at its
movie theatres was also up 12.1% to 17.1 million customers.
Cineplex also reports a 15% gain in box office revenues during
the quarter, primarily due to The Hunger Games, which had the
highest-grossing first-quarter weekend of all time and the thirdlargest
opening weekend of all-time.

  • A man in Winsor swallowed a $20,000 diamond is gaining international attention. It’s been nearly a week since he have switched a diamond at Precision Jewellers and swallowed the real one. He is waiting for a 1.7-carat stone to pass through his system. He has gone to the washroom numerous times, but the diamond hasn’t passed. Recent X-ray doesn't work because a diamond is translucent, it isn’t visible. The man is eager to get the ordeal over with and is co-operating.

  • Good news for coffee drinkers

  • Samsung Galaxy S III: Hitting Canadian Street

While pricing and availability is yet to be announced, the Samsung Galaxy S III is set to arrive in national carriers such as Bell, Rogers, TELUS, Virgin Mobile and Wind Mobile. Regional carriers like SaskTel, Videotron and Mobilicity are also joining the bandwagon. With Wind Mobile and Mobilicity on board, it appears that both telcos are gearing up for their T-Mobile-friendly Advanced Wireless Services spectrum.

The new Samsung Galaxy S III features a 1.4 GHz Exynos quad-core processor, which has four ARM Cortex A9 cores. This makes the handset “twice as powerful while using 20% less power.” In addition, it has 4.8-inch AMOLED screen, Google’s Android 4.0 mobile operating system, 1 GB of RAM and internal capacities of 16, 32 and 64 GB.

  • Eating Chocolate can not get you fat. Especially for men. Not only can it lower the blood pressure, it can also reduce blood vessel blockage. When buying, only buy the darkest chocolate, for it has the highest coco and the lowest of heat.

  • The owners of the jewelry store are undecided about the future of a diamond that spent
a week and a half inside a man accused of swallowing the
stone. The man passed the $20,000 diamond over the
weekend, and it has been returned to Precision Jewellers.
The store will take its time and consider the options. The owner says the easiest solution would
probably be to use diamond brokers. For now, they’re keeping the diamond.
there’s a lot of interest from people who want to see the stone.

  • Retail sales climed to $39 billion in March: StatsCan

Statistics Canada says retail sales rose 0.4% in March
to $39.1 billion, more than offsetting the decline recorded in
February.

The agency says warmer-than-usual weather, especially in
Ontario, contributed to the gains as people jumped the gun on
buying spring merchandise, including clothing, footwear, bicycles
and lawn and garden products.

Sales at motor vehicle and parts dealers rose 1.2%, with most
of the gains coming in sales of new cars and other motor vehicles,
including RVs, motorcycles and boats.
