Take your time with this one. Keep some things in mind. You are her boss,therefore you are an authority figure to her. If you fool around with her she will not respect your position. You can end up losing your job,unless it's your company,then you really are in charge. She may be doing this for other reasons,no offense to you,however,she may be looking for a full time position,a raise in pay,financial support from you. I've been through this before and it can get really ugly. If you are a single guy and you are the boss of your company you may be ok,though,if there is someone above you,chances are the word will get around and your superior will find out,possibly from her,if things happen to go bad between you and her. Keep in mind she's only 19 and most likely couldn't care less about what may end up happening to you. I would play this along for awhile,wait and see how things go and when she's done working at your company,then take her out. There will be a lot less pressure at that time and you don't have to worry about seeing her at work the next morning or anyone from work knowing what's going on between you and her. Anyhow, that aside ... in my company (a large, multinational) it's pretty straightforward. This is an offence for which you can be fired immediately. You are the boss - ergo you are in the position of authority. Anything that happens could and will be construed as undue influence that you exerted on her. You have no possible "excuse" here; as the boss it is simply assumed that you know better.

Once she leaves though - it's all fair game. But have the decency to wait a few days after she leaves.

Having said that, keep in mind that it's possible she may want to come back to work for your company again in the same or similar position which puts you back in the boss / employee role.
