I been to City hall meetings in my area. What a joke. The meeting seems to be to help the public release stress although they ( city hall ) already made their decision , but If a public person points something out that they Eng said but decide to shelve it but then realize the public is not happy they bring it forth.

The topic was not about data centers, but at the same time, nobody wants it except the council members of the town who voted it in (paid off$$$). She was rightly pissed.
