Agreed. 200 is low, those offers are for girls looking for platonic meet ups where there's no sex involved. The monthly membership alone is 150 a month to contact them. It's not for everyone unless you have a decent bankroll or find the niche groups that trade SBs contacts; but they're out there.

500 is the norm now and you can try to negotiate up and down from there. YES Toronto is cursed with its own success, its actually cheaper to travel including travel time. Of course, that is a hassle. Ironically its people travelling to Toronto causing the hyperinflation as well as the unofficial SP union of course.
