Do we even have that shake up here???

It's like that show Diners, Drive-Thrus and Dives on the Food Network. You'd go to those places once in a blue moon (sorta like Dennys) but many of the customers go there many times each WEEK!!! Crikeys, the servings are a day's calories!!!

Wetnose...thank...that was very informative. I was going to buy the pre-packed Starbucks milk-coffee drinks for a road trip until I saw the amount of calories and sugar in them. Those are killers.

So I'll make some coffee, add some ice cubes, a little milk and a half teaspoon of sugar and I'll be good to go.

Hmm..you forget to mention those so-called "healthier" salads or whatever selling at McDonald's of the world are equally "junky" and high calories compared to the "Junks" those so-called "healthy eating fundamentalists/(nazis??)" claim. Just take a look on the dressing and excessive sodium content they use to add the flavour.

Simply put, never buy wholeheartedly those "healthier choices" gimmick targeting female audiences from McDonald's of the world. The only "truth" would be a stakeholder/stockholder of MCD when the price is right and collect the ever increasing dividends.

I knew they were all bad, but not to that extent. Most people are unaware and would be shocked if the comparisons were displayed where you buy this stuff.

I always cringe every time I hear hot ladies claim they enjoy having "wholesome" servings like salads or ethnic foods like the Chinese take-outs, or Subs from one of those chains at the food court. Not saying they are delusional but I would say many of them are ill-informed when it comes to excessive intake on calories and sodium.

By the same token, I "scream" when those hotties claim they enjoy the fresh fruit "Smoothies" prepared at one of those same locations. People added a pouch of Splenda in the blender before adding other fruit ingredients in concentrate when I was there with a free "Smoothies" coupon.

It's not just "hot ladies" who don't realize the full extent, it's everyone. People of all ages and backgrounds are lining up for this stuff.

Sure but not for me since I never believe "healthy eating washing" or "green washing" for that matter . :p
