Two quite good baseball teams, and I really couldn't care about the game. Oh, I have it on in the background, but am barely paying attention to it, not like the previous two series. How does everyone else feel about it?

I'll second that. I have stated in another thread that I think it will be the Marlins in 6! Not because I think the Marlins are better, I just despise the Yankees!

The networks must have just Plotzed when it went from a potential Cubbies/Red Sox series to a Marlins/Yankees one. Advertising revenue probably dropped 20%.

Too bad, one of those teams need to get off the Schneid.

yeah I'm not going to watch the world series now that the two teams I wanted to win are out... its not like hockey where even if your team is gone you still watch because its hockey.

That's just it...this was the worst possible scenerio for baseball after the quarterfinals. There would be a lot more interest if either the Cubs or Red Sox got in...and even more if both.
