Nope , you are absolutely wrong - lesson in capitalism & the free market economy for yaI've had great sessions with Xina and enjoy my time with her. However, if 420 was an issue/non-negotiable she should have rejected him at the door, instead of accepting to just provide lackluster service.
Accountability needs to be held in both directions.
you book the time, then you pay ....she went the extra effort of trying to facilitate the customer, in reality she should have taken his $'s and sent him on his way
My career was as a professional photographer....if you booked MY TIME you paid!! ....you're paying for time, the one thing as a service professional that you cannot get back is your time.
My personal experience as an example - if you showed up drunk or high for your wedding photos - not my problem. I always tried to make the best of it....but at the end of the day, you're paying for my time b/c I never rebook that time.
