Wow, replacing harddrive - RMA agreement

So one of my drives seems to be a bit wonky, not sure what or why, no big deal, called Seagate, zero problems getting an RMA.
Now the funny part is, before taking my credit card info, I have to agree to a statement that the rep reads to me.
Part of the statement goes something like this... "you agree that you will not trade, sell or distribute this drive across any border outside of North America, bla, bla bla..

(here's the crazy part)...

...you also agree that this drive will NOT be used for any biological, nuclear or terrorists activities"

WTF, REALLY? lol

I wonder how they'd react if I said, "no I don't agree to that part". :biggrin1:


But, on a sidenote, called from home, getting the replacement 3-4 days, cost of $11 (shipping of new drive and pre-paid sticker to ship old one back).
No mall visits to any bars.
