This is a difficult question to answer since there is only one current government dominated by Jews - unless you conspiracy theorists think the USA is run by Jews... I tend to think it is run by evangelical christians. As for governments dominated by muslims... there are a few. Some that I wouldn't mind living in at all (UAE - Dubai, Turkey) and some where maybe I would (Saudi Arabia, Pakistan).

I lived for years in several Islamic countries and there was nothing bad about it. Granted, they were tolerant Islamic countries. Overall, life was pretty good there. The only weird thing was, as a westerner my weekend was Friday and Sunday, Saturday was a normal weekday. I would easily return if opportunity presents.
