It's happened to me. Maybe it's me you're talking about and you were just such a shy person you didn't bring it up but I have a large number of burst blood vessels all over my scrotum. Small 'lumps'. Beats my why - thunder thighs maybe. One MP saw them and said, "What the fuck are wrong with your balls?". Honesty is nice and I'm happy she felt comfortable enough to say something. It was a the start of the session. Not that start I wanted but she was now a little more comfortable and I didn't mind.

Thinking about it, this could be a perfect "aftercare" service where I'm being checked for lumps. Likely more thorough than by my Doctor. Huh.

I did see the blood vessels though but I have seen it before so I knew what it was. Most guys know when they have that.

I had a guy tell me about a small lump on my back. I knew it was there and it was cyst. I was waiting for it to be removed but it was nice that he said something. He said it during doggy though.

For many guys like me an SP is the only person who’s going to see us naked other than my GP at a physical. Like many things skin cancers need to be detected and looked after early, so a year or more to my next checkup might be later than necessary.
