Wordperfect / Quattro - Free Program to open and save as old files.

I been for a while trying to find a software to open some old files I have in Wordperfect / Quattro (Excel).
Found one for free and it opens the files flawless no issue and the format is perfect.

Libreoffice - ( have tried and saved it to Libre native format.)
OR
Openoffice - ( which I haven't tried at all)
