I believe that the currently the only offering in that whole area is Club 99. I have only been there once myself and it just wasn't my cup of tea. A little rough around the edges for my comfort level. I personally think it would be great to see something in that whole neck of the woods. You should be able to charge a little bit of a premium too. Just my humble opinion.
