Thankfully for him the vain lunatic was livestreaming the whole thing. Only video could take the who she-said/he-said bias out of the situation when law enforcement comes into it. The cops will always take the side of the woman.

I had a couple crazy bitches in my life that would start mouthing off wayyyy out of proportion to whatever they were bitching about tot the degree that it scared me. and I don't scare easily. Since cell phones I've always triggered an audio recording whenever I felt they were going to go off. All of them had control issues and were pissed when I didn't obey them somehow or another, or refused to argue with them. Walking away was the most infuriating thing to them!

The recording saved me big time once! Once when i was jsut trying to get her to leave and she was freaking out.. she shoved me unexpectedly and i lost my balance and fell back into the drywall and cracked it. She laughed and threatened to accuse ME of assault, and admitted she would make the whole thing up and the police would believe her...She was quite slim. I'm a tall, well built guy so she is right. I didn't want to escalate so I let her get her frustrations out and go on and on...

Then I took my phone from my shirt pocket, stopped the recording, sent it to her email and to my lawyer, then started recording again. Told her I recorded the whole thing and if she didn't leave my house and never contact me again, that I'd make a complaint to the police and tell them all the rest of her lunatic threats and that i feared for my safety etc. her phone made the email notification sound and...just like this Elisa narcissistic sociopath, she changed her story right quick and cried that she was sorry, sorry, sorry etc .

I just told her that i was still recording and and that, again, i am asking her to leave peacefully and never contact me again. Or i will have the police enforce my request for me. She left and a month later texted to apologize. I told her that I am again asking her to not contact me for any reason. and if she does I will make a formal complaint of criminal harassment.

LESSON FOR ALL!

If you think things are going to go bad for any reason, with, or for anyone, deliberately take out your phone to make like you are texting and instead start a recording with whatever app your phone uses. In iOS if you have the native Apple VoiceMemos app enabled in iCloud, the recording gets automatically uploaded. Includes date, time and GPS derived address location.

Especially if you get pulled over or have any interaction with the police! It is discrete, non-confrontational like video is, and may very well save your ass from some misguided, lying bad cop. The automatic upload ensures that having yuor phone seized and 'lost' doesn't also lose the recording. It's free and costs you nothing. A S/Sgt and a criminal defence lawyer both told me this.

She hardly touched him

Why don't you fucking idiots who don't know what you are talking about STFU? You wanna know what it's like to get hit in the nose like that? It's actually a very effective self defence move.

Read this comment from Youtube

'Yeah, getting hit in the nose is painful. It really hurts, you see stars in a flash, and it makes your eyes water, which he was definitely experiencing all of those things, plus his nose & the area around it all turned pinkish red. So much so, that he thought she might’ve broken it. I guess that detail will come out later, if she actually broke it. The whole thing sucks. He’ll probably get death threats, and even though putting hands on everyone is wrong, he snapped, and reacted to being assaulted. And it’s on the internet forever. How does one even deal with the aftermath of this unfortunate incident? Disappear from social media forever?

Here are some simple videos demonstrating the outsized effectiveness of a sideways palm strike to the nose.

Exactly the way "she hardly touched him"

It's something that I have taught to every girlfriend or woman that's interested in simple self defence.

That stupid woman deserved a couple of backhands Sean Connery style. 😂

And then he'd desherve to get arreshted inshtead of her.

i know you are just joking , but I think he handled it almost perfectly. He actually should have just got out of the car and said 'C U Next Tuesday!'

But given the circumstances, I'd say that his slight over reaction could be defended as a spontaneous self defense reaction or perhaps even some PTSD reflex from previous abuse at her hand.🤷‍♂️;)

Yup, I can see one losing it after the nose shot.

The guy warned her and she got what she deserved. Why should anyone (man or woman) be allowed to assault another person without expecting some self defense or retaliation? Men getting assaulted by women never gets taken seriously. I remember on a UK talk show they were talking about domestic violence and a guy in the audience was talking about his experience of getting physically abused by his ex wife and the audience (mostly women) started laughing. It was then the host of the show said something about the women laughing and they all shut up in shame.

Generally I'd have to be severely tested to retaliate/hit a woman/much weaker person (since I know getting hit from someone much stronger is not pleasant)..probably more than what happened in the video but is it warranted for a man to hit a woman back in retaliation or self defense ? I would say yes, especially if the woman is someone like Serena Williams or Clarissa Shields..both women more masculine than the average man...definitely am defending myself if they thinking they're game enough to try and put a beating on me.

A buddy of mine is going through a divorce. He is still living in the same house as the soon to be ex-wife in separate bedrooms until the house is sold. He decided to record conversations with her since she was acting strange. One day he over hears his own voice coming from the wife's bedroom. Turns out she was recording their previous conversation and was playing it back to her sister and saying she couldn't get a reaction out of my buddy (as if she was trying to make him angry and then pretend she was in danger etc.) and to try something on. He was laughing when telling me this since he listening at her bedroom door and was recording the wife playing back the recording she took and chatting to her sister about it.

C U Next Tuesday!

Imagine the grief the guy might have had if he took the bait? That's why I tell pp lalways play it cool not to retaliate. You can be getting set up.

Now he has to keep that recording as self defence in case when she does lie about something serious He will have that in his back pocket to destroy her credibility. But he has to resist spilling the beans or tipping her off. He both loses the advantage and the crafty cunt will come up with some other dastardly scheme with that in mind. And he needs to keep his phone on record all the time. He can always erase it at the end of the day if nothing happened. He gotta be careful. Personally, I'd move out and not risk a false domestic assault charge.

Isn't it amazing how since the advent of video everywhere we now see how bad some cops and women are day to day. I think its really starting to sink in now that the free pass days are over in the court system.

She got what she deserves.

1. She learned that victims can fight back and sometimes they can give a good hit back. My ex learned at the end when I landed a square right hook to his jaw.

2. She learned you can go hitting men because you are a woman and expect not to get arrested for it.

I bet that felt great but you probably wished you had followed it up with a knee to the groin and a second knee to the chin when he bent over grabbing his balls.

Update

Narcissistic "dumb cunt" still doesn't get it...

"In a statement to DailyMail.com, the influencer apologized for her actions and insisted she had misrepresented herself.

'I just want to say I’m so sorry for what I portrayed on my livestream that everyone saw,' Schwartz said.

'This is not what I want to give to the world and it sucks that I got into such a sadness and anger - it was a really negative representation of who I am.

'I’m going to do everything I can to have better relationships with people that are good for me, and people that I’m also good for.'

She deemed the controversy and subsequent arrest 'the most challenging time of my life,' adding, 'if I can get through this time I will definitely be proud'.

Me, me, me, me, me, me... 😝😝😝

She didn't misrepresent anything. She IS who the world saw in her self-broadcasted livestream. and proved again in her self-serving apology attempt to salvage her online existence.

She never once said anything close to sorry for hitting the guy in the face or trying to humiliate him.

With apologies to fast food employees and sp's... her options are soon going to be limited to the Waffle House or the whorehouse for her.
