Wlll you bequeath any of your shit to charity?

Just curious how philanthropic are you?

Most of my shit going to charity but I have no direct descendants.

Charities can have my shit if they want it,but all of my assets and possessions are spoken for.

#1) My niece and nephews educations are taken care of.
#2) My 2 siblings have their mortgages and loans paid off.
#3) "Company A" has ownership transferred to 3 employees.
**"Company A" has average of 20 staff.
#4) "Company B" has ownership transferred to 2 employees.
**"Company B" has an average of 10 staff at any given time.
#5) A set percentage of profits from "Company A and B" are to be set aside for my niece and nephews to buy their own houses.

All of the above are subject to certain stipulations and conditions. If I happen to get married or have children of my own the people I bequeath my estate to will change.


** where I have bolded "employees" in the above post, I mean people that have stuck with me thru thick and thin. People that I consider friends, confidantes and an extended family to me.

Absolutely Not! Charities can be incredibly wasteful...they spend money on lavish dinners, and generally have a condescending attitude towards others who see things differently. Not all of course, but most.
