Is it possible to replace the sprayer part of the windshield wipers on a Sunfire? My neighbour's wipers only spray halfway up her windshield...

Well, for one, how about cleaning them out with a pin? There's probably crap stuck in them. If not, there's probably something stuck in the hose running to them.

and yes, it IS possible to replace any part of any car.......but it probably isn't the nozzles if they aren't clogged, the pump could be worn out.....

I think most GMs have the motor in the bottom of the washer tank. Not hard to change at all.

Apparently both got weak at the same time so I don't think it's a clog in the nozzle.
OK, could be something in the tube running from the tank to the hood....that's the first thing I'd check before replacing the pump...

The nozzle is on the actual wiper blade, not the hood.
also look for (happened to me) a broken fitting or a leaking hose,I had a crack in 1 of the fittings & washer fluid was spraying out of it, thus not all was getting to the nozzle.
I would think that either the nozzle is plugged, although unlikely as there's a filter in the tank, there is a leak in the hoses or fittings, or the pump is worn out.

Once the sprayer on the windshield wiper goes it's downhill from there.

Buy a new car.

You can put an after market pump to spray so you do not lose the seal in washer fluid tank, you may try aiming the nozzles

Sprayer, whipers cost less then a new car plus if electrical items are going Change your Battery. So many people drive with a bad Battery and wonder why things keep breaking.
