Windsor SC's are famous for Air Dances. Conversely, Detroit is right across the river, and the mileage is phenomenal.
Massage is a waste of time in Windsor. They tend to close, or be shut down as quickly as they open.

I don't know what it was like before, but it still is the wasteland as described above. Windsor has suffered economically so it makes sense that there's not alot of SPs around. I can assure you that Gia is amazing. I have seen her a few times and she is on par with talent elsewhere in the province.
