I was just reading on CNN that Faneiul admitted he lied to investigators the first time around. Defense council should be able to seriously undermine his credibility.

She has been charged, criminally, with conspiracy, securities fraud and obstruction of justice. Will she be convicted of one or more charges? Who knows. Jail time? No. Look at Bill Clinton. Convicted of perjury and contempt of court he only got a $1000,000 fine. Although he did get disbarred.
