While I've been predicting a POTUS Hillary for a couple of years, not that brave a prediction, I'm starting to think it's the best outcome for the GOP. Here's my logic.
Hillary wins:
GOP spends 4 years investigating emails, the Clinton foundation and anything stupid (a given with the Clintons) she does while in office.
GOP wins midterms in a landslide (think Newt in 94)
Foreign policy wise she's a Republican
Domestic policy she has to convince the House, which she won't be able to do.
The only real downside is Supreme Court pics (at least 2) and having to listen to her for 4 years.
Potential for the first his/her impeachment a bonus...
Trump Wins:
GOP hates him, they will have to quasi support him.
Dems will investigate him (if they win the Senate)
Dems win midterms
He's a one term POTUS if he lasts that long.
He makes the GOP look stupid.
