Why not a COF list?

Seeing as the ever popular and helpful "SP's who swallow" list has been making the rounds, I figure why not a COF list as well for those into it? I know from personal experience of only 2 SP's who offer it but am aware of a few more who advertise it but I haven't experienced first hand.
