why is rogers internet so slow

For like a week now my rogers internet has been so slow with the net and with torrent is anyone having the same problem???

lol you keep complaining about Rogers and still haven`t done anything about it?

Definitely noticed a big difference this week, Rogers running much slower when d/l stuff, I was actually to clean my computer this weekend thinking it was a hardware problem with my machine.
