Why do SPs change agencies?

I am just curious why SPs change agencies. It seems to happen frequently. I am sure there are all sorts of reasons. What are they?

* Some dont get along as well w management
* Some feel booker biased against them
* Some go Indy, things don't work out as well, or too much hassle, thus rejoin comfort of an agency, but different agency, so they don't feel as embarrassed about not making it on own

Because they are little young devil and that's why we like them

2.) go to a better paying agency
3.) become independent and only work an agency sometimes
4.) dont like following the schedule set by the agency
5.) get annoyed of splitting the profit they make
6.) some agencies are run better than others
7.) want an all female run agency
8.) need a change
9.) dont get along with other girls
10. ) their schedules conflict with their personal lives.

Not enough business - Yes, changing agencies can bring an entire new clientele as many guys are agency loyal.
They get fired - Yes, agencies get fed up with cancelling appointments when they don't show up or show up late. Also when they give mediocre to bad service...the good agencies get rid of them quick.
They get outed/harassed - Yes, clients can get infatuated and turn into stalkers.
Looking for better schedule - Yes, and location. If you want to work in the west end more you're fucked with some agencies, same can be said for the east end.

On top of the most common reasons listed above, I know of one SP who changed agency and asked her in her new agency the reason. and she told she was booked for party(group) by the agency and she caters only to individuals, hence she left
