Found this question in various other threads and reckoned I would just put it here. The two reasons I will focus here are not meant to be a complete treatment of this issue, but two I know to happen. (Recently spoke to someone that had this happen to her twice this year)
- Fake or bad provider change their numbers to avoid being attached to bad reviews.
- (This one is our fault) The SP's number gets tagged as a spammer and will no longer be able to send text.
- When we delete a conversation on our phones in most cases we have two options:
- 'Delete'
- 'Delete and mark as SPAM'
- Well Not totally our fault, I reckon with a good number of people we default to select the choice at the bottom. Enough of us make this choice for an SP who likely has hundreds of conversations a day and we can see how easy it would be to be tagged as a SPAMMER.
