The concept is not really all that new. If I recall correctly, years ago (maybe even still) down in the southwestern U.S. where they are blessed with fairly long straight flat roads out in the deserts some people used to operate 'rolling casinos'. They would outfit the trailer of an 18-wheeler with a roulette table, craps, card tables, bar, etc, and after getting a dozen or so people on board they would cruise the highways out of sight of the authorities. Wouldn't doubt that someone might have tried it with a brothel too.
