The car driver pulled in front of the hummer which was just starting out from a stop if not travelling much slower. It didn't look like the dashcam car cut off the hummer. The hummer guy thinks he owns the road.
For the first encounter, dashguy had to gun it to get in front of the hummer, with traffic all stopped in front of them. Kind of dickish to me, but hard to say. Obviously the hummer took issue.Are we sure here?

The hummer had the worst temper and judgement of the two, but that's not driving i'd be proud of posting.

I don't think that dashguy was a dick for getting in front of the hummer initially, unless the hummer sped up quickly and took issue with the fact that dashguy outraced him and didn't suck the hummer's cock so to speak.
However, I will agree with you that dash guy should have backed off, yet he challenged the hummer guy and probably did more so due to his dashcam 'secret weapon'.
Things we don't know, did dashcam guy use a turn signal ? if not I can see how the Hummer driver can be annoyed at his driving, part of that may be caused by the fact the Hummer had to wait for the light to change green, and felt his manhood threatened when the smaller car suddenly pulled ahead of him. I think both drivers are dicks, but the hummer driver by far is the worse one.

If the only issue was the omission of a turn signal, then that hummer guy is a fucking hypocrite. I've made a mistake and have apologized either verbally or with body language and never had anything escalate to road rage. Maybe you're right. Maybe dash guy had to accelerate a lot because he didn't have his turn signal on, which pissed off the hummer after dash guy cut in. Hmmmm.
(BTW, how would farking dash guy know exactly what the other guy got charged with. Would the authorities really fill him in? The 911 call lady told dash guy not to follow or confront the hummer guy. He's another George Zimmerman on the streets.)
I agree with GPIDEAL 1st lane change was fine but purposely speeding up to block the hummer was a bit of a dick move. The guy in the Hummer has road rage issues and just judging by his actions, he thinks his shit doesn't stink either. I'm not saying that the dashcam guy is as pure as the driven snow. But the guy in the Hummer shouldn't be allowed to drive period. He's the type of guy who parks in a Handicap spot because he'll be just 5 minutes, or straddles to parking spots if not 4 because he doesn't want his baby dinged.

I'm shocked, shocked I tell you at some of the TERBites here suggesting that a person with a dashcam can be anything but the safest and sanest of drivers!
