In the Middle East, several countries—including Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt, and the United Arab Emirates—have imposed full or partial bans on one or more of Al Jazeera’s channels why is that?

Does the answer need a video to explain? AJ is Qatari government controlled and Qatar uses it to promote the geopolitical aims. They are actively competing with most of the Sunni world so of course there's conflict there.

But considering the lack of press freedoms in the countries you're listing, it a glass house argument.
