I know they have taken a lot of flack on this board lately, but I have to stick with Alexa @ BSHS (1757 Bank), for big naturals. They actually seem to get better by the month...and bigger. I would have to estimate an all natural 34 D and she is very petite. I have seen Nicole, and they are fake, but she is a lot of fun. When I was younger (and flatter) I considered it, but one thing that held me back was concern that I would lose nipple sensation.
Same thing with breast reduction -- I heard it is a possibility.
But I have known people who've had augmentation done in recent years that seems like it steers well away from cutting into any nerve area. Have things gotten better?
The nipples are pretty much hard-wired to areas below -- that's important to preserve, I think!
