What do you do to whiten / brigthen up your wonderful teeth /smile ?

Budget - 350 $ or less

I have been using this and honestly there’s been a little bit of an improvement. I will probably go ahead and end up doing treatments with my dentist for teeth whitening.

I floss daily, and brush twice.
Get my teeth cleaned at the dental hygienist twice a year.

Post #6 is what I do. To improve or maintain whiter teeth stop drinking coffee/tea (wishful thinking for myself) and smoking if you're a smoker (1/2-1 pack a day). All 3 are the biggest teeth staining items we use daily.
