Which credit card pays you back the most!

I need to know which credit card pays you back the most. I am one of those guys that have never paid a cent to a credit card company because I always pay off my bill on time.
I understand that there are credit cards that will pay you back as much as 5%. I would also like to know if there are any draw backs to using these cards?

The only potential draw backs are the annual fees charged and the outrageous interest they would charge if you didn't pay off your bill in time.
