I decided to get out of my parents basement and try out the bar scene. Looking for one where people are chill to talk to (no dive bars please.) Any recommendations? What time should I get there?

So I went to a bar. Eye fucked with the only chick by herself at the venue. She came and sat next to me. her looks is about 6-7 / 10. I don't see myself sleeping with her as there was no reaction from my dick. But I wanted to get to know her to see how it went. Started plowing her immediately. There was some initial resistance but she opened up fairly quickly.
But my god. She was boring as fuck. It was a one sided conversation. I kept asking her questions about herself. She threw zero tests at me. ZERO. She didn't ask questions about myself either. It's not like she's not interested. She left to the bar and came back. I would rather pay to see an SP.
I pretty much passed her to my buddy who came with me. Left them alone by themselves. Maybe he'll like her, who knows.
