Where to pick up ?

Where would the best place to pick up Asian women in Toronto or the GTA be?
Not “sp” or “mpa” just your everyday Asian girl. Somewhere between the ages of 21-30?
They don’t necessarily need to be fluent in English.

Winners? Whenever I've visited the one near home there are always lots of good looking women (a number of them asian) shopping in there. There is also a bowling alley at 7 and the 404 (World Bowl?) where there are lots.

I'm personally more interested in the how.

I have to agree with the University of Toronto idea having been a student there until recently. You can't turn the corner without walking into one.
