I got mine off Kijiji but there were also tons on craigslist as well.
It was just a matter of someone putting the one I wanted up for grabs on kijiji, it could have just as easily been on craigslist too.
If it is a linux version, just wipe it out and install xp yourself.
Usually the linux versions are cheaper

I see M$ is making XP available for Netbooks until 2010 to counter linux, which is widely available on Netbooks. M$ must be worried at the inroads linux is making.
