I know I could research it my self... but thought all you all could help me save some time.

Lost all my ID. :(

Need to start all over. Need to get birth certificate, passport, OHIP card, anything else that I can get.

Where are all the places I need to go? What will they ask me to provide to get what I need? I right now have almost nothing. All I have is my hospital card and my Interbank card.

Any help, links etc... Much appreciated. Thanks.

Start with a birth certificate. Then you move on from there.

I found it was easier to start with a drivers license..............just walk into ministry the have a pic of you on their computer and the will issue you a new one...........that will help with getting the rest, at least you will have one piece of ID

A birth certificate is your 'base' ID. You can get one in person at the down town Provincial office or download/get an application form from a Federal of Provincial office ($35). Takes about 3 weeks.

Go to the provincial government's web site... www.gov.on.ca. There is a URL on the home page that provides info on what to do if you've lost your wallet. Contains contact info for all important ID.

Same happen to me...start with the birth certificate..they will ask you certain questions to prove who you are and you get it in like 10 min..this is downtown on bay...the the drivers licence..again all the information you provide will get you one then your health card and when you have all this you can get your passport...my opinion.
