When you steal in China......

Jade4u

It's been good to know ya
If that is the kind of torture you put up with over there to steal something I would think it is highly likely that they needed whatever it is that they tried to take.

It is sad to treat any human in that manner. I guess they did not try to run because of the crowd maybe???

Is it really because of theft or did they do something worse? I wish I knew how to read what is written over there. All I noticed is that every post almost had a smiley face on it.

The Chinese are a very backwards people. They give humans no rights and torture animals, as it is completely legal. Also, their rivers are so polluted because of the lack of regulations that they are toxic.

I only hope that with economic progress their morals will progress too.

they were probably saying the same thing about caucasians during the middle ages.
True.
Have to understand the educational level of these people, especially out in the rural areas, communists or not.
Most of them are VERY poor, living in sub-standard environments, stealing from them is messing with their livelihood.
But stealing does not justify this kind of action, or beating. I doubt they know any better.

Is that what backyard wrestling looks like in China or was that Wrestlemania?

I think I saw one of the fans holding up a sign that said, "Dang shall Ping" in this tag team no disqualification match. Instead of tables, ladders and chairs they use Rocks (much cheaper and re-usable too, inspired by none other than The Rock Dwayne Johnson - input song "look what you've done" here -).

Seriously nobody there did anything and just stood and watch? The least you could do is walk away if you're scared to do something.

By the way, if you look down the thread to a fellow by the name of "Chris_Lau" WTF is the scissor cutting the hand thing? What kind of sick forum is that? Some sick human torturing forum?

any one know what the US currency situation is there these days? It used to be a huge black market, and getting caught moving it out of China (as in large amounts) was capital crime, death.

I just read it was a low-budget reinactment of Tianamen Square. The guys with rocks were pretending to be tanks.

wow.. from what I can interpret (via Altavista), it seems that purse snatching, robbery, pickpockets are rampant in China. These 2 got caught and paid the price from citizens that were fed up. The police were not there and these guys paid the price... the stones were a bit much..

I have witnessed a beating before but not in China, in TO, an street person was beaten for spitting on some guy's car.. that was brutal too, kicked, punched, dragged and spat on and this was only 8-9 years ago in the club district, try fighting there now and see how fast you get stabbed or shot. Heck you'll get shot for looking at someone the wrong way, or stepping on their shoes inside the club.

From my travels in China this is probably in one of the smaller cities, the people are less educated and police are no where in sight. There are gangs of street thugs who prey on the weak, usually their bark is worse than their bite. Purse snatching is rampant done by drive by scooter. They rarely rob you with a weapon, that would probably explain why they just lay and took the beating.

I visited Regina a few years ago. About 2 PM on a nice sunny Saturday, around 12th Avenue and Rose, I saw a weather beaten native run past me. Seconds later, a couple of big Caucasian guys ran past. They caught the native, threw him to the ground and started kicking him in the head over and over again . . . HARD. The whole time they were kicking him, they were swearing at him for stealing their beer at the bar. I had never seen so much blood in real life as then.

I am truly surprised the native didn't die as he got several kicks in the temple.

So before we start criticizing a country of one billion plus people, let's remember that such problems can also happen in Canada, home of a few percentile of the population in China.
