If I want to give "pleasure", I'd just as soon give it to my wife and stay in her good books in the process.
Being with a SP is primarily a business arrangement/transaction, so when I'm paying, I want to be on the receiving end. I remember renting a basement suite about 18 years ago that had a 6'3" amazon of a landlady living upstairs. Things were great, until she got a boyfriend after about six months.
