what's a good place to rent?

I am looking to sell my house and move into city but want to rent a 3 bedroom apartment. I would prefer something kinda central but am open to something in east or west end.
I would like to find something under $1500 month , any suggestions or good websites to look at?

Does that 1500 include utilities? I ask becaue I know someone who rented the middle and top floor of a house for $1600 plus utilities.

ok can anyone recommend a building they know to be in good condition, good place to live? There are just so so many to look at on those sites.

The only way is to come down here, and check out the place advertised. I've seen some that look like crap on the outside that are spotless inside. Seen some that look immaculate and get inside and I wouldn't let my dog live there.....

If you're looking for "quality" condo rentals are the best. The owners have a vested interest in keeping the place nice.

it's been a while since I saw a 3 bedroom rental so you may just have to go the condo route.....
