I gots a question for you gents...

Say a fabulous client has mailed me from an yahoo or hotmail account several times - so presumably not a work or home address - and after seeing him, I wanted to drop him a little note that it was nice meeting him or something like that. Is that kosher? I thought it's something I'd like to do if the gents thought it was ok.

Some would like it, some wouldn't, depends on the guy. I'd go for it......(be forwarned though that some clients might take that as really meaning you are interested in him as something more than a client, careful on your wording)

If you send him an email, make it non-specific, so someone could mistake the email for an old friend or a business associate.
