Which also goes for SCs. However the Pollster screwed his own results by adding the special 'in search of extras' condition to it alone. Of course only guys whose over-fat wallets have addled their brains have ever done that. But that would still make for some 'yeses', and some danger.
Since we all know MPs have never offered sex (whatever individual MPAs may have done in secrecy), and they also have licenses and leases to safeguard but with fewer inspectors to satisfy, they'd be slightly more dangerous, if guys were dumb enough to ask anyone with any clothes on for extras. But that would let TERBians out, presumably why it wasn't part of the question.
Of course going anywhere specifically to buy sexual 'extras' would be very unsafe, unless you knew the establishment was a) reputable and b) operated discreetly and without troubling its neighbours.
I am basically going to stick with established indy providers, who are well versed on bill C36.
I've got my list already made up along with a few of my favourite agency girls. No one likes this law but all we can do for now is work around it. And for godsake stop complaining about it, it's here to stay until a SCC challenge gets underway so get your shit together and get yourself prepared. I have been thinking about starting a new artistic hobby (will need to work on my painting skills, but that's beyond the point) and look for nude models for my art. If it so happen that that we hit it off and my YMMV goes beyond simple posing, this would have neither been discussed or be the cause for compensation.
All kidding aside, I will stay away from incalls, BP and Strip Clubs. The last one may seem stupid, but it seems that I am a very funny, friendly drunk and I rarely leave a SC without some kind of sexual service. This is also why I will stay away from SC in the US, as my last time I ended up getting CFS in the VIP room. (queue the drunken stupor excuse)

How do you pay someone without paying them? I have helped some SPs in need without asking for anything in exchange because they were in a bind. As long as the intent is the same, everything after is friendship.

Least risky would be a session with your wife or Rosy Palm in your own home. It will also be the least costly and the least fun. - Three leastS, A triple.
And if she gets pregnant, we get a nice tax cut. C-36 and income splitting: now there's just no excuse not to be a stay at home mom.
Seriously, least risky would be reputable indies. Random BP can be stings (though unlikely), and agencies can attract LE attention for many reasons. Indies are more likely to be left alone. For an agency I guess outcall would be better: less risk of getting complains from neighbors.

This would be a mistress and I doubt you can come after someone under C-36 for that. This has been happening for the longest time. You cannot be prosecuted for supporting an artist or a friend.
Actually, some companies, including the one I work for include options to split your paycheques in multiple accounts. Pretty neat feature, I have been using to manage my play money in a separate account. Could go to support a friend in need.
I'm going with outcalls to hotels for now. Probably make runs to Niagara and Montreal so I can justify the room to the SO.

And how will you determine the 'agency's' phone isn't being answered by a cop? Or that the cutie-who arrives at your door doesn't pack a badge?
Before C36, your deal with her—cop or not—was legal. After C36, you're another potential arrest.
Best way to play safe will be to read review boards like TERB

1 Street walkers. Hard to see that playground surviving which is a good thing IMHO
2 Agencies or MPs that employ forced or underage labor so stick with reputable agencies or MPs

These two are always the riskiest before and after C36 anyway.
No matter what, the whole industry will take a hit. And judging from how busy recently some of the MP that I've been to I see a group of people's gonna quit going for a while.
I can see Indy and others going for their reg-only mode for a while. Incall / outcall. To those of you who have gained some trust being a repeat this might be the time when it pays off. Loyalty has its rewards.
I say it's worse at an SC because you're not inside a room, you can't be naked, and there's no massage table to substantiate my body massage.
Separate accounts? That's incredible. Usually, direct deposit programs only allow one account. Certain employees who want to hide money would love this (as long as nobody else sees their pay stub).
