The single most attractive thing for me is the woman's attitude. If she has a "oh we are going to have fun" attitude and it comes across as sincere (Kareena is the master at this) you can feel comfortable just being yourself and truly enjoy your time together. If it feels at all mechanical or she doesnt seem into it then to me it doesnt matter how hot she is ... its just lack luster. I have been with plenty of average looking woman that had a playful attitude that made them way more appealing then a perfect 10 that doesnt seem to care

A great attitude means nothing on the wrong woman. (e.g. one that you find repulsive...)
A great body means nothing with the wrong attitude. (e.g. cold fish, prude, inhibited etc.)
The two go hand in hand.
I once read somewhere, (it might have been this forum...), a great body gets you in bed, but a great attitude keeps you there and keeps you coming back!
I look for the 3 "S"s - sweet, sexy and self assured. Obviously physical attractiveness counts a ton and I'm an absolute sucker for stockings, tights and cute socks. The attire for me is extremely important.
