Agree, it's becoming more prevalent recently.

That's why I prefer reputable agencies and well reviewed indies.

I see some ads with good pics but then their rate and location is a bit on the lower-end side. LOL, who's gonna fall for that? (Since they keep coming back, apparently many!)
