I thought that prostitution was legal here in Canada. Is it, or not.
Went to Germany a few years ago on business. Found out that prostitution is legal there, no if's and's or, but's about it.
Every city has red light places, in no specific area. No cops, no hassle, it's ok and legal.
Was there for one week. Stayed in many cities, all of which have places to go if you want to get laid.
My most memorable was in the city Aachen, which is the westernmost city in Germany. Small city, but comes with a reputation, according to my German rep. After dinner he asked the waitress where the girls are in German. She pointed up the street. I speak no German at all, so I asked what the fuck are you asking her? He said, come with me. Do you want to get laid? Stupid question. We walked up the cobblestone street to an alley. Wholly shit! It was all lit up, like las vegas. The alley was about the length of a football field. Walking thru was like heaven on earth! Every store front had huge sliding windows with girls on display. Like shopping for socks in a mall. If you saw something you liked, you stopped, the window would open, and you asked how much. Make a deal, go inside, do it and say goodby. Best window shopping I ever did. Shopped a lot that night. Never got any socks!
