Somehow during one of the server upgrades, those who were not paying advertisiers at the time and became ones afterwards lose their title-naming abilities. ?????

I don't know why, just one of those things!

um i have always been a paid advertiser so thats not the reason
BTW it seems people who don't pay to advertise can change their title

I am talking long before advertisers where blue sweetie. There are advertisiers that can change their titles still, they were advertising for years before you even knew what TERB was.
